RESET 2027
JCTEF Annual Retreat 2026
Reflect. Recalibrate. Rebuild.
RESET 2027 is the 2026 Annual Retreat of the Jacob Chidimma Empowerment and Transformation Foundation (JCTEF). A one-day experience designed to help individuals step away from the pressure of the year, reflect honestly, and prepare intentionally for the year ahead.
We often enter a new year with expectations, goals, and plans, only to find ourselves at the end of the year wondering what happened, what went wrong, or what could have been different.
RESET creates the space to pause and ask the right questions.
What worked? What didn’t? What did I learn? What needs to change? And how can I approach the coming year more intentionally?
Through meaningful conversations, practical activities, wellbeing experiences, goal setting, strategic planning, connection, and opportunities to unwind, RESET 2027 is designed to help participants move from simply expecting a better year to preparing strategically for a more productive one.
What to Expect
- Reflection & Year Review — honestly examining the year and the lessons it brought.
- Wellbeing & Unwinding — taking a break from the pressure of the year to recharge.
- Goal Setting & Strategic Planning — turning reflection into clear and intentional plans.
- Connection & Accountability — building meaningful relationships that can support progress.
- Experiences & Engagement — practical activities, conversations, and moments designed to make the retreat memorable.
