The Jacob Chidimma Transformation and Empowerment Foundation (JCTEF) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for Transformation Program – Cohort 1, a 3-month Human Capital Development Program designed to help individuals move from dependency to productivity through structured learning, mentorship, personal development, and economic empowerment.

This program is open to both educated and non-educated individuals who are committed to improving their lives, developing their potential, and creating sustainable opportunities for themselves and their communities.

Selection Process

All applicants will undergo a screening and assessment process. Selected participants will participate in baseline assessments and periodic evaluations designed to measure growth and transformation throughout the program.

JCTEF measures participant development through the JCTEF Human Capital Index (JHCI), a framework that tracks growth in mindset, mental fitness, employability, vocational competence, financial literacy, and economic readiness.
