JACOB CHIDIMMA TRANSFORMATION & EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (JCTEF) is a youth-focused nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives by equipping young people with the mindset, skills, opportunities, and support they need to thrive. We believe that lasting empowerment begins with transformation. Before people can change their circumstances, they must first transform the way they think, grow in their capabilities, and discover their purpose. Through human capital development, skills acquisition, mentorship, workforce development, entrepreneurship support, financial literacy, capacity-building initiatives, and access to funding opportunities, we help young people move from dependency to productivity, from unemployment to opportunity, and from potential to purpose.
