The JCTEF Human Capital Index (JHCI) is the Institute's proprietary assessment framework for evaluating individual transformation throughout the learning journey. Developed to complement the JCTEF Human Capital Transformation Framework, the Index provides a structured approach to assessing growth beyond attendance and programme completion, helping the Institute monitor meaningful progress toward personal and economic productivity.

How to Join Our Programs

Must be between ages 2–35 years old. We serve youth at different life stages who need support for transformation and empowerment.
Demonstrate willingness to participate in mental rehabilitation, skill training, and personal development programs with dedication and consistency.
Complete our application process including background checks and interviews to ensure program suitability and participant safety.
Attend all scheduled sessions including counseling, training, mentorship, and follow-up activities throughout the program stages.
