A one-day experience designed to help individuals step away from the pressure of the year\, reflect honestly\, and prepare intentionally for the year ahead. \nWe often enter a new year with expectations\, goals\, and plans\, only to find ourselves at the end of the year wondering what happened\, what went wrong\, or what could have been different. \nRESET creates the space to pause and ask the right questions. \nWhat worked? What didn’t? What did I learn? What needs to change?
